This concept is simple but very fun

I might be stupid, but I can't seem to open the shop.

I scored 245, but I eventually quit, I must aplaud your art though, it is very nice and polished looking. However, I played this game on my phone, never opened my store, and never clicked anything. The tree takes no damage. So basically if I left my phone afk for years, I could get massive scores, because there is no way to lose.
